Adolescents and young adults in Northern Kenya and the Mandera Triangle face severe challenges in accessing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, especially during emergencies. Cultural barriers, fear of judgment, and limited healthcare infrastructure further restrict access. Our approach ensures that vulnerable youth receive essential SRH information and services, strengthening their resilience and long-term well-being.
